1. GENERAL
If you enter any contest run by courtiebee (whether on her social media [Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Discord] or in her stream at twitch.tv/courtiebee), you agree to be bound by these rules. These rules can be changed at any time without advance warning. Any rules or changes made verbally on stream at twitch.tv/courtiebee or written on social media with regards to any contest are also binding.
Courtney has the right to limit the number of prizes a winner can receive in a given day or week.
2. ELIGIBILITY
You must be legally permitted to enter the contest in your place of residence and you must be of legal age. If you are entering a contest to win a ticket to a poker tournament, you must be legally permitted to play online poker in your place of residence on the site the ticket is being awarded from.
3. ODDS OF WINNING
The odds of winning depends on the number of eligible entries received during the contest period.
No purchase is necessary.
To be eligible, entries must be received before the draw is done or by the date/time specified. Entries must also be submitted on the requested platform (eg. if the contest in on Twitch, Twitter entries will not be accepted).
4. PRIZE
Prize must be accepted as awarded. If you win a ticket and we cannot find your screen name or if you are not legally able to play on the site, there are no replacement prizes. If you are winning merchandise and it is not possible to deliver to your address of choice, there are also no replacement prizes. In these cases, no replacement winner will be chosen.
As a winner, you release courtiebee and sponsors of prizes from any and all liability of any kind arising out of your participation in the contest and receipt and use of the prize.
6. DISQUALIFY
In the event that a potential winner does not comply with these rules, courtiebee has the right to disqualify a potential winner.
7. ACCEPTANCE OF RULES
By entering this contest, the entrants and participants automatically agree to accept and abide by these rules. All decisions of courtiebee with respect to any aspect of any contest, including without limitation the eligibility of entries, are final and binding.
