Quick exit today in the $330. The first hand I decided to push after getting short I ran into KK in the BB, so no push/fold fun for me today.
One hand I was annoyed at myself with was when I raised 88 in MP. In this hand I cbet a K flop and double barreled an A turn. I did a poor job planning my bets, though. I left myself a bit too much behind to shove on the river, whereas I think it could have been a great shove if I had bet more on the flop and more on the turn. I haven’t had the chance to experiment with triple barreling much in live tournaments, but I’m pretty sure it’s a great way to make chips. The guy in this particular hand ended up winning the pot after calling both streets with JJ.
Dave is still in the tournament. We’re going to Banff for a couple days tomorrow morning which should be awesome.
