Action was bad again today. I have no idea how I did. I had my usual tilt at times when people won a bunch in a row. I gotta figure out how to stop tilting because of this.
Overall I think today went okay, although I have no idea if I won or lost money (standard me).

Hehe yes I do, although I am allowed because this is my tilt blog =) well kind of. I call it my “mental game blog” cuz I use it to track of what tilts me and how my session goes from a mental game standpoint. I do keep track of results a bit in this blog too, but that’s not the main point of it.
Thanks for the book suggestion. I think it’s a very good book and have already read it once, but I do think I would benefit from reading it again. I’d also love to have one on one coaching from him one day and might look into it in the future when I have some cash to spare.
